Unlike our easy-going Monday, Tuesday was a bit busier and our diet shows it. The morning was spent doing a bunch of chores around the house and then we were out all afternoon.
Here's what we ate yesterday:
Breakfast: Homemade French toast (made frugal by the Bread Outlet Store)
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and leftovers with green beans
Snack: McDonald's Dollar Menu Sundaes
Dinner: Vegetarian Fried Rice with steamed broccoli
Snack: No-Bake Oatmeal Cookies
Beverages throughout the day included coffee (for my husband and I), milk and ample amounts of water.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to drink tons of water. I strive for a gallon a day, sometimes more while I am pregnant. It makes me feel great, keeps my skin soft, helps me feel full in between meals and snacks and is much cheaper than any other beverage!
