What Do We Eat: Monday (Link-Up)

Yesterday was a simple day spent entirely at home. I want to point out that, with the exception of dinner, our menus are hardly ever planned. I like to wing it based off what myself and my family are in the mood for as well as how much energy I am willing to put into cooking.

Here's what we ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Peanut butter toast
Snack:
Sliced apples and homemade chocolate milk
Lunch:
Turkey and cheese sandwiches and peas
Snack:
Homemade soft pretzels
Dinner:
Shepherd's Pie
Snack:
Baked potato skins (made from the potato skins leftover from peeling potatoes for dinner)

Beverages throughout the day included coffee (for my husband and I), herbal tea (for myself), milk and ample amounts of water. We never drink juices and soda is a rare treat.
