With the addition of a new family member last month, our hectic schedules emptied out the entire freezer. This month began with bare cupboards and a bare refrigerator. Because I plan on doing quite a bit of restocking, I am shooting to save money by using some of my favorite frugal recipes with no eating out or splurging on expensive meats.
