One Hundred

This is my 100th post!  I am very excited to reach this milestone.  I don't have any big or grandiose post in mind, I just really wanted to use this opportunity to say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who has referred me to their friends.  It truly means a lot.

Thank you for all the comments, personal emails and messages filled with great ideas and well-wishing thoughts.

This blog is for all of you and I would not have made it to 100 posts without your awesome support.  If I could bake you each a cake, I would.  But since I can't, I would love to remind you of a quick and easy single serving cake recipe I posted a couple of months back:

Cake in a Cup

• 2 T. flour
• 2 T. cocoa
• 3 T. granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 T. vegetable oil
• 2 T. milk
• Splash of vanilla

Combine flour, cocoa, and sugar in a coffee mug.  Add egg and beat with a fork.  Add oil, milk, and vanilla and mix.  Put the mug in the microwave and cook on high heat for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes.  Cake may rise above mug.  Let cool slightly and enjoy!  If desired, top with chocolate chips.

In celebration, I am going to go whip one up and I encourage you to do the same!  Thank you again for helping me get to 100 posts!
